Should we stay?
Back in 2001, for the first time Afghanistan experienced the presidential system of government after three decades war. People in Afghanistan became hopeful for a better future though; they bypassed the toughest days of their life and lost their family members. People in Afghanistan have witnessed bombings and other attacks by the Taliban therefore, it left Afghanistan with thousands of causalities yet 2015 was the most violent year since 2001 and the Taliban attacks have multiplied in these last few years.
Last year Afghanistan had new election, people participated from all over Afghanistan with new hope, determination and with some expectation from the new president Ashraf Ghani Ahmad Zia. Since, the people have not reached their expectations that they had from the government, they have become disappointed and hopeless.
Afghanistan is the second largest group after Syria with roughly 64.000 first time's asylum application filled in Europe in 2015.pakistan and Iran have the largest afghan refugees and it has become difficult for them to welcome afghan refugees anymore .The only option that has left for afghans is to flee to European countries or Australia.
It's become very difficult for Afghans to stay in a place where they experience humiliation, frustration and causalities, nobody wants to leave their beloved country, yet the situation that Afghans have is too tough. They cannot do anything else but to suffer.
The major factors for being migrated to other countries are violence, lawlessness, security, education and poverty. The government it selves is corrupted. People have lost their hope and started abandoning their country. Human rights have been lost among them, Taliban are in the midst of us without letting us know, girls are deprived of education, youth are jobless and people's voice isn't being heard anymore and the action is not taken for any of the problem. Prosperity and success have become elusive for the people in Afghanistan.
Still, why the president Ashraf Ghani wants the people to stay in Afghanistan when he cannot do anything for the people?
The solution cannot be solved unless the government itself starts working honestly. They must not prejudice people racially which have been a major problem, somehow a group of people feel that they are living in a racially segregated society. The government has to assure the people that there is a future for them, there is someone who will hear their voice and there is a right for women too. Instead of using people for their benefit and not hearing their voice, if they take some action for the well being of the society, people will certainly stay back in Afghanistan.
